Sound the Trumpet
Crispian Steele-Perkins collects, restores and performs upon antique trumpets from the 18th and 19th centuries and demonstrates the equipment and techniques employed during his career in Dance bands, Symphony Orchestras and film studios.
The recital will be preceded by a workshop for trumpet players to be given on the afternoon of the concert in the Memorial Hall. Anyone interested contact Judith Hunt on juhunt@btinternet.com

The Semele Project returns to the Isle of Wight. With specially written narrative verse and cast of six, The Semele Project includes some of Handel's most memorable arias such as "Where'er you walk".
Tickets are priced at £15 (advanced booking) and £17.50 (on the door).
